Job Title: Consulting Manager
Department: Tax Consulting

Main Responsibilities:

1. Take a lead role in rendering professional services;
2. Assist in business development of new clients and maintain existing clients' relationship;
3. Visit Client and hold meeting with clients to identify customer needs;
4. Coach junior consultants on project;
5. Provide interpretations, analysis and recommendations to facilitate clients' management decision making;
6. Provide guidance and direction to the consulting project team
7. Study government policies and help design new service product.
8. Manage and obtain resources to ensure effective delivery of quality service;
9. Other ad hoc assignments.


Competencies & Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree major in Accounting, Finance, tax and related area;
2. Professional qualification holder with CPA or CTA qualification will be a plus;
3. Over 3 or more years of relevant experience in areas of tax consulting, at least Corporate Taxes, International Taxes and Transfer Pricing experience will be a plus and similar consulting firm's experience is an added advantage;
4. Strong knowledge of PRC and international accounting standards, tax laws and regulations.;
5. Must have uncompromising integrity with excellent leadership, communication and analytical skills;
6. Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills;
7. Passionate and positive with teamwork spirit;
8. Excellent knowledge of computer skill including MS Office,etc.;
9. Excellent command of both English and Chinese;
10. Willing to work under pressure.
