- 销售量预测;
- 与销售团队沟通销售战略和计划;
- 向公司和管理层提供竞争者市场信息;
- 建立维护销售网络;
- 加强对经销商和零售商的管理;
- 评估销售和存货报告,并提供反馈建议;
- 管理地区销售支出;
- 监管地区内市场计划的实施;
- 维护和当地相关政府部门的良好关系;
- 批准正式员工和临时员工工资发放;
- 在职责范围内监督和发展销售经理。
