职位描述
Minimum required knowledge & experience:
· University degree in mass communication or journalism
· Five years of work experience in journalism or public relations
· Fluent in spoken and written English
· Good verbal and written communication skills
· Good analytical and reporting skills
· Ability to travel, at times, frequently, throughout China or other countries covered by the delegation
Standard function description:
· Manages the delegation's contact with the media in China and Korea
· Creates media content on the delegation's as well as ICRC's world-wide humanitarian work for domestic and international media
· Develops a comprehensive coverage of the ICRC activities and mandate through the East Asia media (mainly Chinese and Korean)
· Coordinates media and other public communication work with the National Societies of the region
· Advises and implements the Regional communication strategy and development
· Contributes to the monitoring of media sources from China, Mongolia, DPRK and ROK
· Contributes to the analysis on the relevance of the Beijing delegation's public communication efforts
