1.评估新项目或重要项目的可行性 Estimating of New and Major Program Possibilities
对现场需要改建的项目进行估计。Estimate rebuilding project on site.
2. 订购设备 Order Equipment
1） 与团队成员合作建立订购设备的价格表。Establish Cost Books for Equipment to be ordered with Team Members involvement
2） 协助编写设备采购的RFQ。Assist to write RFQ for ordering equipment
3） 出席并支持供应商的生产线启动会议Attend and assist in Vendor Line up meetings
4） 与采购部门紧密合作以使定单迅速发放。Work closely with Purchasing to get an order placed expeditiously
3. 测试区域和供应商区域工作 Working with test area and Vendor Community
1） 参与测试区域的测试工艺制定Work with test area to get ownership of the engine test Bill of Process
2） 从最基本的夹具到工具的全程跟踪Follow up with the Assembly line test equipment through a minimum of fixture and tooling
3） 确保工艺的设备的通用性Continue to insure Commonality of Processes and Equipment
4） 跟踪设备以保证进度Track equipment to insure it is on schedule

4. 关键核心工艺 Responsible for Core Process
1） 学习并将国外工厂的测试工艺运用到中国工厂。 Learn the test process in SKEP and implement the test process in CEP.
2） 参与测试关键工艺制定。Establish the test process.
3） 持续改进第一层的测试工艺，并不断优化当前系统中的不同层次。Continue work on improving the engine test Bill of Process Level I and refining all of the different levels for currently Systems.

Bachelor degree/本科
3年以上从事汽车或发动机测试技术经验。
Minimum of three years for engine test experience.
1.熟悉发动机测试技术(冷试、热试及性能测试)。
Know well in engine cold test, hot test and performance test.
2.熟悉现代发动机测试设备。
Know well in modern engine test equipment.
3.懂得发动机原理。
Know engine principle.
4.熟练操作AutoCAD、UG、Word、Excel、Project、Power point等办公软件。
Operate soft wear freely including AutoCAD, UG, Word, Excel, Project, Power point
5.有较强的沟通能力。
Good communication skills.
6.具备的英语沟通能力。
Good English communication skills.
7.了解国家有关安全生产等方面的法律、法规等。
Have Knowledge of National Safety Rules.
