Procurement Specialist-CCI-Shanghai-130002GC
As a Procurement Specialist at Caterpillar, you will have the opportunity to work in a team environment and contribute to deliverables/duties that may include project management process improvement, process development, and process execution.
Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
* Providing support to execute processes and/or delivering project assignments
* Collecting and analyzing data
* Working with team members to resolve errors, explain changes and recommend actions to resolve problems
* Creating reports for team to efficiently communicate project and/or operational performance level information
* Working with leader(s) to ensure outcomes are consistent with goals
Required Qualifications:
* Strong English oral and written communication skills
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, accounting preferred
* Strong analytical and organizational skills
* Strong proficiency using Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Desired Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Accounting
* Three to five years of previous work experience in such fields such as purchasing, accounting, operations, or engineering
* Demonstrated project management skills and experience with successful projects
