Responsibility:
1 Checks and reviews contract commercial terms, including daily contract commercial terms checks and reviews; periodically standard Contract/Frame Agreemend commercial T&C reviews and updates;
2 Support reginal sales engineer to prepare the commercial deviation of bidding, organize and coordinate to the risk review according to related policies and instructions;
3 Support reginal sales engineer of contract negotiation;
4 Coordinate with company related dept. of following related quality standards and audit requirements;
5 Developing and organize periodically commercial & procedure training in market & sales dept.
6 Preparation and Updates Internal process document;
7 Implementation and enhancement of internal process ;
8 Finish other work arranged by line manager.

Requirements:

Education(Level): Sc. Bachelor degree or above,
Major: In International economics and trading, buniess management or economics law related
Language: English CET-4 or above, fluent in both spoken and written English
PC Skills: Proficient in computer skill
Personality: Conscientious; Process & quality oriented; open-minded,design making and self-motivated; strong communication skill and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment; be able work independently under high pressure.
"Professional experiences and skills:
Three (3) plus years of commercial related or project management experience in manufacturer.
Familiar with contract law; familiar with SOX, ISO; Detialed knowledge of commercial;
Understand of accounting principles and international trade rules; efficient use of Microsoft software. "
