职位描述
Junior Project Manager
Responsibilities:
? First-level support of the internal Dynamics CRM system, including Release Management. Internal CRM system targets Project Managers, to track project milestones, and Management to track revenue forecast.
? You should have a basic understanding in regards of Project lifecycle, Projects, Orders, invoices and also be able to create a Revenue Forecast for Management.
? Be able to manage the releases of the CRM system, so managing a small team of developers
? Support projects and its team members with documentation of processes, preparation of meetings and workshops, gathering requirements and distributing actions and meeting minutes to all necessary parties, and creation of training materials and execution of trainings.
Skill Requirements:
? You should be a fast learner, pay attention to details. High motivation, sense of responsibility, self-discipline & willing to learn.
? Understands how a company is running from a controlling point of view, etc.
? Basic Project Management skills
? Basic Accounting Knowledge
? Automotive industry experience preferred.
? Interested in IT: You needs to be open minded, want to develop yourself in IT industry
Personal Requirements:
? Strong communication skills in English, Written & Spoken
? Strong organizational skills
? Outgoing, ability to work well in multi-cultural environment
