职位描述
1．策划培训业务拓展活动，管理及运作公司培训业务，确保公司培训业务目标的实现；
2．监督、指导、支持下属开展培训业务，并负责公司大客户培训开发及跟进工作；
3．开展各种社会关系和公关活动；
4．公司培训团队管理。
任职资格：
1．本科及以上学历，具有3年以上培训管理工作经验，熟悉企业培训市场运作；
2．具备良好的协调沟通能力，亲和力佳，品行端庄，有强烈事业心；
3．具有良好团队管理经验；
4．有严谨的策划组织能力和极强的实施能力，实战操作能力强。
