Job Description:
? Provide timely and accurate reliability results/ reports to R&D
? Work closely with R&D to understand the project needs and timely provide reliability services
? Interact with cross functions including R&D, testing, assembly and World Wide reliability teams to prepare for the reliability evaluation and qualification
? Provide failure analysis and engineering thoughts to R&D for reliability improvement
? Maintain Lab equipments and understand the progresses of advanced applications in the industry
? Continuously optimize and develop reliability methodologies, setup new capabilities in local lab
? Support the quality assurance system and involve in technical activities

Basic Qualifications:
? Degree in microelectronic, physics, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent
? Strong willing to master the reliability principles and operations of equipments including HTOL, ESD/ Latch-up, and environment stress tests.
? Basic knowledge of reliability physics, wafer fabrication processes, IC assembly & testing.
? Basic knowledge of analog circuit design and applications is a plus
? Fluent in English for report writing and verbal communication
? Good communication & interpersonal skills to support both internal and external customers
? Self motivated and self starting individual
