工作职责

- 帮助店铺经理完成每月销售与其他相关的店铺指标

- 通过监督客户服务、销售管理、专业货品销售和有效员工管理，来辅助店经理做好日常运营

- 辅助店铺经理，促成销售增长并且通过有效的资源利用，提升各方面成果

- 给予团队提供全方面指导，维持员工精神面貌

- 在店铺提供直接的销售监管和服务监督

- 负责店铺销售和日常库存管理

任职要求

- 学历本科或以上

- 至少6年奢侈品零售经验，2年以上任管理岗位

- 具备独立且努力工作精神，优秀的客户服务技巧和工作热情

- 良好的商业分析与计划执行能力

- 注重团队合作，具备主动、自发工作精神

Assistant Store Manager

Job Responsibilities

- Assist the Boutique Manager in achieving both sales and non-sales objectives of the boutique

- Support store operations through superior customer service, sales management, professional selling and effective staff management

- Contribute to sales growth and improve results through creative and effective use of all resources

- Provide overall orientation to the team and maintain staff morale

- Supervise direct sales and monitor service on the selling floor

- Take care of shop sales and daily stock management

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or above is preferred

- Minimum 6 years’ work experience in luxury retail or other relevant industries, including two years in a managerial position

- Hands-on and hardworking, with strong customer service skills and passion for the industry

- Good at business analysis and plan execution

- Excellent team player, with a proactive, self-starter mindset
