Title: Software Testing Engineer

Responsibility:

The individual contributes on a project team of engineers involved in the testing and release of Juniper (JUNOS) security software products.

The testing engineer will work closely with the product management and software development teams to ensure the overall quality of our security products. Help design and execute test suites, and report product's defects in order to maintain and enhance the product's quality. Specific responsibilities will include applying networking and information security knowledge in testing design and execution, applying coding ability to automate all test cases, usage of industry standard products such as traffic generators during the testing cycle. In addition, the individual will design and implement networking environments and security procedures and policies, which will simulate the customer's environment.

Qualification:

· Master degree in CS, EE or related fields, or bachelor degree with 3+ years related working experiences

· Well knowledge of security network, TCP/IP, familiarity with router, switch and firewall, application layer protocols.

· Experience in Regression testing and theory, and integration testing on network product, experiences on Linux/UNIX and Windows test environments

· Understanding of software development process, experience of working in, or closely with, software qualified assurance organizations

· Experience with 3rd party test equipment such as Ixia, Spirent.

· Must be fast learning ability, Excellent problem solving skills, a self-motivated and innovative.

· Well team work and communication skills in both Chinese and English

· Knowledge of automation scripts using TCL or Perl is recommended.

· Knowledge of network security technologies such as VPN, IDP, UTM, PKI, AUTH is a plus.
