A Japanese automotive Electronics company with manufacturing in China.

Main Responsibilities:

• Close communication with Europe customer on running programs on engineering/quality/logistic
• Successful communication with customer in order to get new business chances
• In time reporting to Global Bu Director with customer interesting and concern and provide quick feedback to customer
• Responsible for timing, project execution and budget responsibility.
• Will need to maintain customer relationship within program scope and execute program activities according to the agreed program timeline.
• Lead regular project meetings with internal team and customer.
• Program Budget Performance

Requirements:

• Strong key account management background
• Understanding for customer timing and project requirements,
• Preferably of a technically advanced and safety related product.
• Needs to challenge team results and perform influential leadership as team members.
• Logic thinking.Strong and mature behavior and attitude.
• Honest attitude with no reservations to address difficult situations internally and externally.
• Preferred experience with Volkswagen as customer is needed.
• High integrity, team player, quick
• learner and initiative with good communication skill and professional attitude
• Self-management, pro-active, results orientated
• Willing to take responsibility
