Position: Visual Designer - Beijing

Client Summary:
Our client is global software company specialized in Geographic Information System. With more than 50 years history, this company has established two years ago an R&D center in Beijing which has 20 employees and is constantly growing.
Unlike most of other IT company's branches in China in which employees can only work on some low level projects like product localization, trouble shooting, internal tools developing, our client China R&D Center provides the opportunities to their employees to work on real pioneer projects. The technologies that will be revealed and embraced by the employees are not only the cutting edge technologies in China, but also in the global industry.
Our client is now seeking for highly talented visual designers to bring the technology and art together to make better products.

Responsibilities:
- You will use your creative thinking to propose innovative ways to visualize spatial data for 2D and 3D mapping
- You not only have graphic design, software design responsibilities, but you are also responsible for bringing in new ideas to present data visually
- You will collaborate closely with worldwide colleagues from US, Austria, etc.

Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years minimum of visual design experience in a software company
- Portfolio demonstrating your creativity from ideation to software design
- Creative thinker with graphic engineering capabilities
- Expert in Photoshop, Adobe or similar tools
- 3D visualization skills a plus
- English skills preferred
