training manager for advanced wound management BU(先进伤口管理)

Roles and Responsibilities:

Education & Training:

§ Assess surgeon training needs and training priorities, identify and establish training requirements

§ Collaborate with Marketing & Sales teams to develop long and short term training plans

§ Lead and collaborate with Sales and Marketing on design, structure & scope of Med-Ed programs

§ Prioritized Product/Procedure type of training; internal and external resources, locations, labs, venues.

§ Engage local & international faculty on content and curriculum development

§ Maintain, strengthen and develop new/existing KOL/Preceptor relationships

§ Measure the effectiveness of Med-ED programs; Post-event follow-up (Customer Loyalty, Procedure Adoption, Customer Retention etc)

§ Deliver selected training courses

§ Responsible for adhering to all legal, regulatory and compliance policies

Medical Affair

§ Support on KOL management

§ Regularly provide KOL and sales team the the most updated information on new technique and treatment therapies

§ Review and approve on standardized curriculum and training materials includes slides, reprints, reference papers, etc.

§ Support on S&N Advisory Board establish and maintenance

§ Field visit on KOLs

§ Support on Post Launch Clinical Trials (doctor initiated)

§ Set up review and approval process on Clinical Trials, especially for Investigator Initiated Trials.

§ Trial protocol review and approval align with GBU and relevant functions

§ Track the process of Clinical Trials

§ Support on paper review and publication

Requirement:

? Bachelors Degree above, Major in Medicine

? Five or more years experience in the clinical practice

? Experience in Professional Education in multi-national medical devices companies preferred

? Experience & Understanding about procedure and products

? Excellent clinical knowledge

? Knowledge & Understanding of Legal & Health Care Compliance policies

? Excellent oral & written communication skills

? Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office applications

? Must be able to travel extensively within China
