职位描述
1.In charge of textile raw material sorucing and purchasing globally and supporting global manufacturers;
2. Identify and develop the long-term Raw Materials Purchasing strategy for the specific categories(FWA（增白剂）, Printing/Coating/Sizing,Enzy-酶 and Fin/Ant./ and Fluochemicals—氟化物 sourcing from global sources), in order to ensure security of supply, maximization of profit, plant efficiency, EHS performance and working capital reductions and to achieve other agreed targets.
3. In consultation with purchasing collegues work in close partnership with the business.
4. Deliver the agreed purchasing savings for the specific categories.
5. Support regional and global networking and information flow to improve procurement efficiency.
6. Accomplished the strategic sourcing projects assigned by Manager on time with good quality.
7. Develop and maintain excellent relationships with suppliers and colleagues to receive favorably treatment in the industry
Minimum requirements:
- University degree majored with Chemistry or Engineering
- Min. 5 years sourcing experience ideally in chemical industry
- Prefer to have technical background or business background
- Analytical skills and be familiar with Microsoft Office
-Fluent English both oral and written
