Mission:

? Support the strategic objective of increasing printer sales through a professional qualification of an application and proposing the best available Markem-Imaje solution in line with current standards and policies
? Provide both front and back office high level of expertise and technical support to sales and to the field service team within the presales phase duration

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

- Supply a front and back office high level of expertise and technical support to sales and technology transfer within a specific presales phase duration to services team: pre sales phase, new product launch, training …
- To promote and implement Markem-Imaje standards for applications solutions proposal (printer and accessories) while respecting the customer needs and ensure that presales implementation is well done.
- To continually analyze customer satisfaction on a proposed solutions
1) Take full ownership of the presales project and take initial step to strengthen customer relationship.
2) Analyze presales activities data and make recommendations for improvement
- Maintain an active working inventory of DEMO machines and accessories to support the presales job. The inventory will be maintained within specified parameters as to usage and value;
- Educate customers to the benefits of investing in Markem-Imaje Product and Services;
- Ensure that the company supplied equipment; i.e., hand tools, hand phones, computers, vehicle if any, are complete and always operational;
- Actively participate in “Continuous Improvement Program” by identifying known quality issues and needed features of the coding products and processes & escalating to Presales Manager/Technical Service Manager;

Key Requirements:

? Bachelor’s Degree with Mechanical or Electronics background, with 3~5 years of related field services experience catering to FMCG, electronics and industrial sector applications, experience providing front and back office technical support and managing projects
? Solid and proven knowledge of electrical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical system theory and solid ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and provide solutions to FMCG and industrial applications
? Solid interpersonal and customer relationship management skills. Proven ability to share knowledge for diverse audiences of varying size and negotiate with customers when conflict arises
? Solid skills to plan and prioritize multiple activities and commitments through effective time management and proper preparations prior to delivering application technical services
