工作职责：

一、客户质量方面
1、与客户质量接口对质量问题进行沟通，及时了解质量动态；
2、对每日退回的不良品做初步分类，并组织其他部门对问题进行分析，记录改善措施、跟进改善效果；
3、负责客户投诉原因的分析及整改措施报告的回复；
4、配合研发部门对客户新产品初期阶段做质量跟进，总结质量风险，与客户或客户代表沟通产品量产前的质量建议。

二、内部质量事宜
1、配合公司质量体系运行工作；
2、为公司质量改进提出合理化建议；
3、公司内部质量报告编写；
4、跟踪质量绩效相关工作。

任职资格：
1、质量相关工作经验2年以上，性别不限；
2、大专及以上学历；
3、英语读写能力熟练，office应用熟练；
4、跟踪质量绩效相关工作。
