职位描述
Focusing exclusively on B2B, the Area Sales Director will take charge of the entire sales process throughout the north area, and be responsible for the P&L and delivering profitable sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
-Directly manage key accounts in North of China.
-Lead, coach, manage and be responsible for sales team in North of China.
-Achieve or exceed agreed targets for sales, distribution, cost of sales, and A/R control.
-Aggressively pursue new business, by penetrating existing accounts, opening new accounts and implementing successful promotion and marketing activities.
-Embrace, advocate and fully implement a systematic approach to sales management includes customer management, sales call planning, reporting and information management and objective setting and measurement.
-Report and submit all required reports in a timely, accurate, and comprehensive manner.
Key Requirements:
-Bachelor degree or above, MBA is a plus;
-Good command of both English and Chinese;
-At least 10years experiences in wine and spirit or hospitality or FMCG or Food & Beverage industry is a must;
-At least 5 years managerial experiences;
-Good communication and interpersonal skills;
-Good presentation and people management skills;
-Good wine knowledge is a plus;
-Good team player;
