MCON is looking for a System Administrator with strong technical background especially in the Microsoft Business Systems area. The position requires frequent interaction with sales, end customers, vendors and suppliers, and other cross-functional team members. The successful candidate will
? Administer and maintain hosting infrastructure for our clients.
? Constantly develop and enhance our environments
? Work on hosting and operations concepts as well as on system architecture with internal project management and client
? Improve availability of environments and underlying processes
? Informally mentor other team members on structured methodology, best practices
? Be proactive in the identification and resolution of issues that may negatively impact a project or project deliverable; documents/ communicates status and escalates as appropriate
? Encourage collaborative efforts and camaraderie with local and global team members
Ideal Candidate Profile:
? Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer science or Electronics or related areas - or equivalent experience
? A minimum of three years of large scale IT experience
? Strong administrative and architectural knowledge in Microsoft Business Systems such as Dynamics, Navision, Sharepoint
? Strong administrative and architectural knowledge in Microsoft technologies such as Exchange, SQL-Server, Hyper-V
? Experience in Virtualization technologies
? Experience in Microsoft licensing
? Experience with IPv6
? Foreigner or Chinese national, with a high proficiency in English
? Calm disposition with ability to take though decisions when necessary
? Able to manage multiple projects, deadlines and activities and prioritize workload
? To be proactive and excel in a fast-paced environment with excellent problem solving and organizational skills
? Works well under pressure
