1、客服咨询（电话、网站企业QQ等），订单查询、修改；
2、客户退换货的处理，客户投诉、纠纷的受理与记录；
3、网站后台数据的管理；
4、整理和分析产品的销售情况，收集售后服务的中反馈的数据和信息并转达相关部门；
5、协助物流部门做销售开单和配货发货工作；
6、网络销售相关票据的管理。

任职要求：
1、中专以上学历，一年以上淘宝和知名电子商务平台售后客服的经验；
2、熟悉计算机常用软件应用及操作，懂淘宝后台操作，打字速度不低于60字/分钟；
3、较强的沟通能力；
4、反应灵敏、思维敏捷、能根据客户情况即时定制相应的销售策略；
5、能够迅速学习新的业务知识，有较强的主动服务精神。
