Principal Responsibilities: (Essential Function)


§ Networking infrastructure

Plan and set up DSA branch office cabling, VoIP and telephony system.

investigate branch office ISP product, make sure they can use suitable internet access to assure bandwidth is fit to them.

plan and set up DSA internal networking VPN.

configure Router and firewall to set up network security policy to protect DSA computer from internet hacking, polishing.

§ IT Security

Overseeing software and network security .

Planning and set up anti-virus system, guide helpdesk to accomplish implementation.

Set up computer security policy to prevent users install any business irrelevant software.

Set up and maintain IT network security policy to prevent users using B2B software downloading movie in office time, to prevent user use QQ etc. chatting instant massage software.

§ Ticket management

Monitor all open tickets status and assign Helpdesk to resolve it, and if it is beyond their ability, he has to take over and try to fix it.

Manage helpdesk team to follow up IT troubleshooting.

§ Backup and disaster restore

Set up DSA disaster restore system , set up policy and procedure documentation.

Planning and set up website, server, user files, application and application database backup system, perform system weekly full back and daily incremental backup

Arrange restore task for IT losing data restoring.

Lead helpdesk team to perform user regular data backup.

§ Trouble shooting

Lead helpdesk to finish client end, telephony end and network end trouble shooting.

§ Documentation

IT security& network policy and procedure documentation design

design and compile network diagram, router, firewall, and backup system relevant documentation.




Job Requirements



Skills


· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Customer Service Skills

· Requires a thorough knowledge of computer networking essentials.

· Problem solving skills, organizational skills, and the ability to exercise sound judgment in any customer service scenario



Education

· BA or Vocational school degree preferred or equivalent work experience

· Microsoft Certified Professional certification a plus

· CCNA, CCNP, CNE etc. Cisco Certified Professional certification is plus



Experience

· Minimum of 5 years of previous network or system Engineer experience is essential

职责：
1，合理良好规划，建立并管理各个分公司布线，VOIP以及电话系统。
2，规划公司内网，外网，以及VPN的建设。
3， 熟练掌握路由器和防火墙的配置。
4，规划公司企业防病毒系统以及防垃圾邮件系统。
5， 规划公司的系统安全策略。
6，规划并 实施内部系统，文件，及数据库的备份方案；规划并实施灾难恢复系统。
7， IT制度及工作流程的编写，IT文档的制定，服务器及客户端文档的制定。
8， 服务器的安装以及实施，包括Exchange, Sharepoint, 金蝶K3，ERP。
9， 域名管理，Web hosting 及 DNS的管理。

要求：
1，熟练及良好的书写及口头沟通能力，包括中英文。
2，良好的网络及系统知识背景。
3，良好的团队沟通意识及能力，良好的用户服务意识。
4，大学本科以上学历。
5， 具有微软及思科认证资格是个良好的优势。
6， 至少五年以上的系统及网络工程师经验。
