Purpose:

This position will be in charge of overall accounting for both WOFE and Rep Office, Manage all relevant accounting processes, to ensure timely and accurate booking according to US GAAP, local GAAP and group accounting standards, accuracy and efficiency of subsequent financial reporting.

Major responsibilities:

1. Responsible for month end closing and JE posting for multiple entities
2. Prepare GL related account analysis, including monthly account
reconciliation
3.Prepare and process intercompany transactions, settlement and closing
4. Coordinate statutory local audit and US GAAP audit for all the entities
5.To assist with financial process and internal control improvement
6.To ensure local statutory reporting and tax requirement are fulfilled

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor degree, major in Accounting or Finance with over 5 years work
experience in multinational company
2.Attention to details, and ability to deliver result
3.Good communication in both Chinese and English
4.Good writing skills in English
5.Proficient with Oracle ERP preferred
6.Strong computer literacy, esp. in Excel
