职责：
。负责为客户提供优质留学咨询服务；
。负责管理客户档案 , 为学生量身定做留学计划 , 指导学生的留学文书写作；
。制定工作进程表 , 系统有效展开咨询工作， 保证客户申请的顺利进行；　
。负责与家长学生的一线沟通，帮助家长和学生选择学校，收集申请材料；
。通过与其他部门的协调，帮助解决申请学校和签证过程出现的各种问题。



Position Responsibility ：
。Counseling on students and parents on the international education；
。Responsible for client management, study plan, and student essay writing；
。Manage the work flow, follow the schedule and make sure the success of student applications ；
。Communicate with parents and students, work on university selections, collect application materials；
。Coordinate between departments and solve problems incurred during the application process。



职务要求：
。本科学历， 至少有 3 年以上工作经验；
。优良的英语阅读能力；
。出色的中文文书能力；
。能熟练运用办公软件 WORD 、 EXCEL ，电脑操作能力强，打字速度快；
。工作细致、认真、负责，有较强主动性和敬业精神；
。具有较强的信息调研与分析能力；
。善于沟通，能很好的与客户交流，为人细致、有耐心、成熟、有自信心；
。有海外留学或工作经验者优先。



Candidate Requirement ：
。Have bachelor or above degree, over 3 years of work experience；
。Proficient in English ， specially reading；
。Excellent in Chinese writing；
。Proficient in the office software such as Word and Excel, quick speed in typing；
。Rigorous, attentive to details, motivated, honest and very organized；
。Resourceful, analytical and strong research capabilities；
。Good at communication, professional, presentable, articulate, mature, confident and warm；
。Experience of studying or working overseas is preferred 。
