岗位职责：

1. 完成区域的个人和团队的销售目标和其他任务；

2. 负责区域销售团队的管理及考核；

3. 完善和执行区域行业发展规划；

4. 计划及执行区域市场推广活动；

5. 定期进行区域行业情况汇报；

6. 带领团队负责本公司蠕动泵产品和灌装线系统在区域制药/生物制药/科研院所等市场的推广和销售；

7. 负责组织、推行和落实产品销售方案的实施，统计销售完成情况；评估市场推广活动的效果提供基于数据的市场分析汇报；

8. 积极树立Watson-Marlow公司在区域内的良好形象。

任职要求：

1.本科或以上学历，生化工程，生物技术，制药技术，生物工程或相关领域优先考虑；

2.三年以上制药设备销售,相关行业工作经验者优先考虑；

3.具备团队管理及协调能力；

4.具备项目销售经验；
5.良好的市场开拓及客户沟通能力；

6.熟悉华北区域生物制药行业。
