Description:
Our Beijing Global R&D Center, officially founded in June 2009, is fully owned and operated by United States based company. It focuses on conducting world-class researches and developing our core products and platforms for the company's global business needs. The R&D efforts cover a full range of the global core products, including advertising, search, mobile, media, social, content, cloud computing and communication applications. (Our focuses on science and data driven engineering, mobile and consumer experiences aim to deliver the most engaging online experiences and bridge the internet industry between China and rest of the world). We have created some rare career opportunities for technical talents in Beijing.
It is our mission and objective to deliver the most engaging online experiences and to bridge the internet industry between China and the rest of the world, by our continuous focuses on science and data driven engineering, mobile and consumer experiences.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Solid object-oriented programming experience
* Strong analytical/problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in programming and data management
* Proficiency in C/C++ or Java
* Proficiency in Perl/Python/shell script
* Strong coding and debugging skills
* Experience in system designing and architecting
* Proficiency in UNIX/Linux tools and utilities
* Good communication skills, good in written and oral English
* B.S./M.S./Ph.D in computer sciences or related fields
Optional qualifications:
* Natural language processing, machine learning, information retrieval, data mining
* Experience in large scale Internet applications
* Experience in online advertising, search technology,
* Experience in database, distributed computing, online serving system
* 3+ years of industry experience
