Sales Director
Job description :
Sales/Key Account Management on Telco related products in China, including:
l Be responsible for sales channel development, account management and overall account relationship management strategy
l To work together with product management, pre-sales and R&D support to understand Greater China customers technical requirements/needs and to help them in their comprehension of our products by giving appropriate technical/commercial presentations or white paper or any other relevant material
l Manage a team of sales staff
l Analyze market potential in the target market, perform competitive analysis, coordinate with internal departments to prepare the tailored solutions
l To build up a comprehensive analysis of the Key Account and to anticipate their needs.
l To anticipate customer evolution i.e. to receive, discuss and anticipate new requirements from/with customers
l To negotiate commercial requirements, contract, Terms and Conditions with the customer
l Help in cash collection and other administration work
Supporting on production as interfacing with operation team and sourcing team
Supporting on delivery as interfacing with sales on assigned accout
Required profile:
l At least 10 years working experience, with 5 years experience in direct sales in a multi-national or a large domestic company to the telecom operators
l The candidate should be able to communicate directly with customer's mid-level to senior management, has the ability to analyze and turn opportunity into a business contract
l Good presentation skills
l Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Telecom/Electrical Engineering/Computer
l Good command of English language
l Willing to travel, capable of handling work pressure
l Enthusiastic and good team player
