Title: Program Manager-Personalization
Key Responsibilities
? Drive roadmap planning, release planning by ensuring project scope well defined, resource estimation and task scheduling completed and appropriate.
? Drive to keep project on schedule, manage change and risks, and ensure issues get highlighted, addressed and resolved timely and effectively.
? Work with the cross-functional teams to identify and manage external dependencies, facilitate collaborations across the organization
? Keep stakeholders and senior leaders well informed during the planning, implementation and release
? Provide leadership and expertise in development and implementation of program management tools and processes
You will be expected to be a leader and driver for your projects, working with whoever is deemed necessary to ensure project success. You will also be a good partner and team player, who will foster effective collaborations and communication. You will be an essential player in the success of our next generation of advertising products.
Job Qualifications
? 5+ years of Program/Project Management in an internet/software company
? Web-based technical background, online advertising space a plus
? Experience in both SDLC and Agile development (such as Scrum, XP) methodologies. Proficiency with project management tools.
? Proven track record of bringing in large internet software projects on time, in budget and with quality.
? Experience in requirements management, customer handling (setting expectations, relationship management, negotiating on issues,) planning, risk management and impact analysis
? Ability to work in a matrix environment, collaborating with multi-site cross-functional teams across multiple time-zones
? Proficiency in English communications, verbal and written ability to communicate issues and drive discussions
? Degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
