职位描述
Title: Investigation Manager
Location: China - Beijing
Key areas of responsibility:
? Draft and review investigation related policies/procedures; develop and maintain effective investigation plans/programs/techniques for effective investigation;
? Own and lead investigation cases and coordinate with all relevant parties internally(especially including GIA and HR) and externally(especially including audit firms and law firms) for the investigation;
? Other tasks/cases assigned by Legal Counsel.
Main job tasks:
? Draft and review investigation related policies/procedures; develop and maintain effective investigation plans/programs/techniques for effective investigation;
? Draft, review and revise investigation manual and work program for Region China;
? Propose/comment on other policies related to investigation.
? Collaborate effectively with other functions with BE Compliance Organization especially Monitor and Audit function as well as GIA and BECO at HQ for effective monitor, audit and investigation plans/programs/techniques;
? Keep abreast with developments in investigation to incorporate best practices from time to time (with special focus on pharmaceutical industry);
? Support other functions with BE Compliance Organization especially Monitor and Audit function to carry out monitor/audit programs/plans.
? Own and lead investigation cases and coordinate with all relevant parties internally (especially including GIA and HR) and externally(especially including audit firms and law firms) for the investigation:
? Own and lead investigation cases;
? Coordinate with all relevant parties internally(especially including GIA and HR) and externally(especially including audit firms and law firms) to conduct effective investigation;
? Draft and complete investigation reports within the required time period;
? Keep track on and follow up with the follow-up actions as the result of the investigation;
? Analyze the investigation result and propose improvements regarding related policies/procedures/plans.
? Other tasks/projects assigned by Legal Counsel.
Qualifications:
(minimum requirements)
? Experienced in conducting investigation especially regarding investigation strategies, plans, skills and techniques;
? Good knowledge of laws and regulations as well as common and best practices related to investigation;
? Excellent communication skills to deal with both internal and external stakeholders;
? Capable of and experienced in working independently, especially under pressure;
? Capable of and experienced in handling multiple tasks simultaneously;
? Good English both oral and written;
? Good understanding of business, especially in pharmaceutical industry or related industry like medical devices or healthcare industry is preferred.
? Bachelor or above;
? CET 6 or above.
Professional experience:
? Min 5 years working experiences as an investigator in an audit firm/law firm or a multi-national company;
? Audit/law related background is preferred.
? Percent Travel 10 - 20%
