Mobile Platform System Engineer
Job Location: Beijing, PRC
Job Description
Our company have been providing the leading edge in Mobile products and services, and enhancing the day-to-day lives of millions of people worldwide. The Mobile Platforms team builds highly scalable platform services to help us build great mobile products. The mobile platforms include Blueprint, a device independent framework for thousands of mobile phones, JavaScript libraries for the highest-end mobile browsers, gateways and edge servers with the highest scalability requirements, backend services for mobile location detection, video streaming and much more.
Our Global R&D Center in Beijing is fully owned and operated by US based company. We are looking for experienced, passionate, and self-motivated Software Development Engineers to join our Mobile Platforms engineering team. In this capacity, you will participate in the design and development of a cross-platform framework to support development of mobile/desktop applications utilizing web technologies like HTML5 and JavaScript. You will work with cross-functional groups, including product managers, QE and service engineers, and other engineering teams.
Job Qualification
? 3-5 years of software development experience
? Excellent communication skills
? Be passionate for building high-quality products
? Have a strong sense of commitment and responsibility
? Strong problem solving and analytical skills
? Experience developing and shipping software in modern C++ targeting Windows platform
? Experience using Visual Studio/Eclipse/Xcode
? Experience developing multi-threaded applications
? Familiarity with web technologies (HTML5/ JavaScript)
? Familiarity with Linux environments
? MS/BS in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
? Passion in new technologies
? Experience with boost library preferred
? Experience with web browser render engine (webkit, etc.) preferred
