1.接收到客户预测订单和FIRM订单后将订单转化为物料订单并发给供应商，确认到货时间并反馈。跟踪原材料到货。

Receiving the forecast and firm order from Customer and make PO to supplier , confirm material arrive date and feed back to customer and follow it .

2.跟踪生产进度时和ＵＡＰ沟通，必要时做出及时适当的计划调整。

Following the production schedule and make adjust plan when it is needed.

3.根据客户的交货需求和生产进度做出准确的交付计划确保交付准时率１００％

According to the order demand and production schedule make out the delivery plan , ensure we can meet it.

4.制作及定期更新物料状态报告。

Create and update weekly material order status and inventory report.

5.总结供应商的供货表现（物料不合格，交货及时性准确，包装等问题）

Summarize suppliers’ performance on material supply (material non conformance and right quatity and right time , packging problems etc.).

6.协助“先进先出”的管理

Assisting with FIFO control

教育背景及工作经验:

大学专科以上学历，物流相关专业

1. 具有人际交往技能

2. 能有效地用英语或口头和笔头交流

3. 熟练操作电脑和其它办公设备

4. 有能力在压力下工作

5. 善于学习
