This is a Contractor Role.

Primary Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities

Sales admin responsibilities:

1. Organize and maintain diary and appointments
2. Update and chase delegated tasks (e.g., from MOMs) to ensure progress to deadline
3. Personal to do: keep all to-do items up to date and review regularly with manager. Re-schedule if not done yet and remind manager what needs to get done on a particular day / in a particular week.
4. Meeting preparation: prepare agenda and arrangements (including external meetings); prepare materials according agenda in meeting folder for daily meetings (if more than one meeting a day separate appropriately). Review with manager during morning meeting.
5. Information gathering: Carry out paper, book or internet research on selected subjects
6. Business support: support business activities or take on business related projects as directed

Sales support responsibilities:

g. Collect quarterly forecast, update the order status in SFDC, schedule and performance project risk review on big amount orders;

h. Communicate with customers to get customer’s feedback and satisfy their specific needs and requirements;

i. Maintain Customers Master data in SAP (SD) system: Creation of new customers and Old customers update;

j. Coordinate business events for sales team, for instance the user’s forums and new product seminars.

k. Participate on both internal and external relevant meetings regularly.

Qualifications Required:

- About 3 years working experience as sales admin or sales support.

- Good Communication skills in Mandarin and English. Open for team work.

- Basic know of Ind Market

- knowledge of product

- Availability, Autonomy, self motivated.
