- For our Infrastructure & Cities Sector in BEIJING,we are looking for a Hardware Development Engineer 硬件开发工程师(暖通).

What are my responsibilities?

1.Independently implement electronic development and design for HVAC products such as air condition controller, thermostat and room unit, including schematics design, EMC design, analog simulation, components selection, constraint design, review and support for PCB layout etc.

独立完成暖通空调产品(如:空调控制器，温控器和房间控制器)的电子设计和开发，包括原理图设计,EMC设计,模拟仿真,元器件选择,布局布线约束设计支持和检查等

2.Build function test plans, set up function test cases and verify circuit design

构建功能测试计划,完成功能测试搭建并验证电路设计

3.Independently accomplish technical document and report in English

独立完成英文技术文档和报告

4.Fully understand essentials of development process and contribute to process improvement

充分理解研发流程的精髓并能为流程改进做出贡献

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in electrical and electronic engineering, industrial automation or related

本科以上学历，电子工程，工业自动化或相关专业毕业

2. 5+ years related working experience in electrical and electronic design, preferably 1+ year’s product design experience in HVAC

5年以上电子设计相关工作经验，有1年以上暖通空调行业产品设计经验者优先

3. Interact with multi-disciplinary team to ensure a high quality design and mutual integration

能够融入多学科的开发团队并确保高质量的设计和相互集成

4. Adept in industrial product design and EMC troubleshooting

精通工业级产品设计，EMC问题分析和解决

5. Preferably working experience under regular project management and process control

有在正规项目管理和流程控制下的工作经验者优先

6. Experiences in international companies are advantages

有国际企业工作经历者优先

7. Proficient in digital/analog mixed circuit design, especially high-speed digital circuit, communication buses, switching power supply (basic topologies & power-stage design), operational amplifier, motor driving, ADC circuit design etc.

精通数模混合电路设计，特别是高速数字电路，通讯总线，开关电源（基本拓补和功率级设计)，运放，电机驱动和模数转换器电路设计

8. Preferably adept in sensor technology such as temperature, R.H., CO2, VOC, Proximity, lighting, dew point, hall, differential pressure, etc.

精通传感器(如温度，湿度，二氧化碳，挥发性有机化合物, 接近，光线，露点，霍尔，差压等)技术者优先

9. Basic knowledge in EMC design, reliability, safety , thermal analysis, electronic components technology

具备EMC设计，可靠性，安规，热分析，电子器件技术方面的基础知识

10. Skillful at EDA tools, Preferably experienced in Mentor Graphics’ DxDesigner, Expedition and Systemvision

熟练使用EDA工具，有Mentor Graphics DxDesigner, Expedition和Systemvision使用经验者优先

11. Preferably have basic knowledge of product development process and HVAC field

有产品研发流程方面和暖通空调领域的基础知识者优先

12. Good capability in English reading and writing as well as basic English speaking

在英语读写和基础英语表达方面有较好的能力
