- For our SLC IT we are looking for a Service Manager at the earliest opportunity.

What are my responsibilities?
Mission of Function
- Fulfillment of all services as provided in the contract at budgeted costs, quality and on-time. Maintenance and improvement of service quality through a constant cycle of agreeing, monitoring and reporting on service achievements, and initiating actions

Dimensions of Function
1. IT service management.
2. Leading virtual team to maintain the operation contract through quality management with agreed service level; cost management within pre-defined budget and sales support

Tasks
- NEA IT service management, service process management. Maintenance and improvement of service quality through a constant cycle of agreeing, monitoring and reporting on service achievements, and initiating actions.
- Satisfy Siemens End user's needs with the services provided.
- Continually determine the level of services needed by the Siemens BU to support their business. Know key competencies and processes of the customers and ensure a strong relationship by delivering the optimum service quality.
- Determine gaps in the service operation and propose actions to the internal delivery team to close the gaps.
- Service Level Management: planning, coordinating, drafting, agreeing, monitoring and reporting on SLAs and the on-going review of service achievements to ensure that the required and cost-justifiable service quality
- Monitor the costs of service delivery together with the Commercial Manager.
- Analyze and review service performance against the SLAs and OLAs
- ITIL certification preferred.

What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Min. 5 years in IT area preferable; 3 year service experience/demand management preferred
- Has participated in IT projects for min 3 years
- Technical mgmt of an average of 5 employees > 1 year
- At least 1 year life or work experience abroad or work experience in international teams.
- In-depth knowledge of business processes and solutions
- Intercultural communication (e.g. Project work in international Project, International Training, stay abroad more than 3 month)
- Ability to conduct profitability calculations in form of e.g. TCO, Business Case, ROI, …
- Sector/customer-relevant knowledge: Knows the market and the competitors of the customer, as well as the customer's strategies, business processes and decision-makers
- Siemens/Group-specific: Knowledge and interrelations: e.g. context, strategy, compliance, targets, processes, rules, decision-makers, etc.
- Project financial control (Project planning, cost planning, cost controlling in projects etc.)
- Knowledge of contract law (e.g. consortium agreements, operator models, leasing, inter-/national contract law)

- Presentation skills
- Coaching and mentoring

- Languages: English
