- Mission: To manage the risk of a fast growing finance lease portfolio exposed to China SMEs.
What are my responsibilities? 我的工作职责是什么？
Tasks:
1. Preparing credit reports relating to vendor credit limit with clear and valid recommendations.
2. Vendor/business introducer program monitoring and performance measurement.
3. Engagement with various function teams to drive the delivery of various operating guidelines and relevant risk control frameworks, and to identify opportunities for improvement.
4. Driving the strategic implementation, alignment, update and continuity of the operating guideline, to keep the portfolio in line with the company's risk strategy
5. Preparing risk management reports and various kinds of training materials concerning risk management and operating guidelines, and presenting on a credit committee or in front of audience.
6. Monitoring and analysis of risk concentration of the portfolio, studying indicator trends / abnormal indicators together with Portfolio Analysis colleagues.
7. Regular engagement with senior stakeholders on any key issues that may arise.
What do I need to qualify for this job? 我如何才能胜任？
Requirements
1. 5 - 10 years experience in corporate lending sector with strong and proven analytical/risk management skills. Be able to think synthetically to reach quick and reasonable decision. Experience in finance lease would be advantageous
2. Ability to work under pressure and interact professionally with front-office staff. Project management experience would be a plus.
3. Strong communicator (both written and verbal skills, English and Mandarin), good collaboration skills.
4. Team oriented, flexible, diligent, self motivated.
5. Ability to work effectively with wide range of cultures / personal styles.
6. Working knowledge of key office software, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
