Information about the work tasks and responsibilities:
The Volvo Group International Graduate Programme is a unique opportunity to gain a holistic view of the Volvo Group and to kick-start your career through international assignments, work in different parts of the organization, networking, and professional and personal development.
Starting in September 2013, The Volvo Group International Graduate Programme is a 12 month programme. It consists of three weeks of common development activities at different locations globally, where the participants meet and network. Common activities in the latest programme took place in Gothenburg, Sweden, Beijing/Shanghai, China and Greensboro, USA.
The programme also includes learning activities in your home organisation and a three months international assignment.
During the programme you will participate in training sessions covering fundamental Group concepts, such as diversity, personal development, project management, cross cultural communication etc.
After completing the program, you will continue to work in the position to which you were recruited.
Title:
Parts Product Manager
Position
- Together with Asia Oceania sales and other related department, manage all aftermarket parts products issues, such as repair kits planning, parts local souring and parts supply channel optimising.
- Develop and manage lubrication products and other accessories parts business.
- Initiate, drive, support and implement extended product offerings (such as reman product, localization project) to support AOSRC parts business growth. Give parts technical support to regional staffs and dealer.
- Owner of parts product system, such as Impact-online and RT-online.
- Plan, run, follow-up, and evaluate part commercial activities to secure the fulfilment of the target
- Support regions in all parts product commercial related matters.
- Lead PCK project in China.Together with marketing department to creating and distributing parts marketing, sales promotion materials. Assist in other projects and programs.
Overall requirements:
- Valid work-permit for applied country if not citizen
- Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese (Additional languages are given merit)
- Maximum of two years previous work-experience after graduation
