职位描述
Role (Purpose of the job)
·The scope of this position is to cover all the markets under Region China i.e. Mainland, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Mongolia.
· To propose Region China product strategy planning; commercialization plan and regional product line-ups
· To be responsible for multi-branded segmentation and support on Volvo Group brands
· To update product knowledge within Asia Oceania Sales Region China
Key Responsibilities
· Propose medium and long term AOS RC product planning
· Prepare regional product line-ups according to the AOS RC product strategy
· Participate in defining standard models and updating the price list
· Prepare phase in & phase out plans for AOS RC product in selected segments
· Interface with Asia Oceania Sales Product function and request for support when needed
· Visit customers and importers as required by sales team
· Manage the PMR process in timely manner when required
· Provide technical support on specification enquiries to sales team in timely manner to maximize the realization of sales opportunities
· Assist in analysing and solving product quality issues and complaints from customers
· Provide product cost information when required by authorized persons
· Support homologation team for product-related issues
· Provide feedback on competitors to Strategic Marketing team for competitor analysis
· Execute Occasional Works/Projects given by the Hierarchy
Critical Competence for the position
· Bachelor degree in a technical or engineering field or equivalent knowledge based on practical experience
· Minimum of 5-7 years experience in an automotive or related industry
· Strong truck product knowledge
· Taking well-ordered approached to solving problems
· Attention to detail
· Business and customer orientation with a drive for results
· Being able to perform a wide range of tasks, respond to changes in direction and priorities, and accept new challenges, responsibilities and assignments
· Fluency in both spoken and written English
