Role (Purpose of the job)
This role is working as a member of Portfolio Management Team and reports to Portfolio Management Manager. This position will be responsible for overall portfolio monitoring and asset quality analysis, risk identification, and develop the relevant analysis models and tools, reporting and other ad-hoc tasks.

Key Responsibility
· Monitor portfolio quality on monthly basis to ensure early identification of risk or negative trend.
· Maintain database and conduct data mining for retail risk analysis.
· Provide regular and ad hoc risk reports to senior management and region.
· Recommend and action on remedy strategies when required to mitigate the risk identified.
· Periodically monitor retail scorecards performance, improve scorecard to support retail credit decision.
· Dealer financial analysis and heath check on monthly basis.
· Other ad-hoc analysis/reports related portfolio management and monitoring
Main Competence Requirements
· Bachelor degree (preferred major in statistic/mathematics and economics)
· Experience in credit risk management in banks or financing industry is a plus.
· Fluent in English – in both written and spoken
· Strong knowledge applied experience in Excel, PowerPoint.
· Strong knowledge in data analysis, data mining, SAS programing experience highly preferred.
· Team player and good communication skills
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
