Responsibilities
Leadership responsibilities:
Responsible for the utilities connection on time according to project schedule and budget. Project government & authority inspection and acceptance coordinator, responsible for connection with IKEA store and all coordinations. Support the Project Construction Manager and Project Engineering Managers for the delivery of the Beijing Project.
Specialist responsibilities:
- Internal resources and specialists
Responsible for coordinate with specialist managers to full fill project requirements
- External resources and specialists
Responsible for securing tender and procurement of utilities contractors as PCM arrangement
- Government & Authority contacts and coordination
Creating relationships with government and authority to secure utilities connection and project permits
- IKEA connection specialists
Coordinating with IKEA to solve all technical & management problems and securing Phase 2 completion.
Qualifications
Knowledge& Background:
- University degree in engineering is preferred.
- 5 years experience of leading development/construction projects including project early stage work
- Good English in oral and written.
Skills & Abilities:
- Demonstrates a readiness to make decisions, take the initiative and originate action.
- Interacts with others in a sensitive and effective way. Respects and works well with others.
- Successfully adapts to changing demands and conditions.
- Good team cooperation and amalgamation spirit
- Good executing ability and doer
