职位描述
1、定期或不定期做好员工调查活动；
2、做好员工的招聘等工作；
3、负责协助办理员工入职、调动、竞升、离职等相关手续；
4、负责落实公司福利制度的执行；
5、新入职员工的培训和跟踪评价；
6、反馈考核结果，对员工调查提供建议；
7、协助上级制定和调整人力资源总体规划与年度实施计划；
8、协助上级修订公司相关人力资源管理制度；
9、负责公司文字档案和电子档案资料管理，以及各类公文、合同、信函、传真、邮件的收发、登记、办公、传递、归档和提供使用，并做好保密工作；
10、负责协助策划和组织公司的内部活动；
11、负责起草公司行政工作计划、总结、报告和有关公文，行政管理、事务管理方面的规章制度以及有关行政事项的通告、通知等工作；
12、负责公司内外行政手续的办理；
13、管理公司的打印、复印及传真电子邮件事务，为各部门提供有关服务；
14、负责员工宿舍和宿舍用品的分配；
15、负责公司办公现场的管理，维护办公环境的整洁和秩序（不限于物品），树立良好的企业形象；
16、负责定期对各部门电脑系统的升级、维护、维修。
周六可加班。
上班地点：大兴亦庄开发区（马驹桥一号桥）
