职位描述
Main Responsibilities
1、Achieving the annual order and sales budget for the territory and Developing the existing and potential customer base to maximize order intake and sales for products in the assigned territory;
2、Providing a regular flow of information to the company to aid product and market development;
3、Providing technical/engineering advice on products to design institutes and end-users so that our products are specified on customers' preferred vendor list;
4、Engaging, identifying, motivating and managing a well selected network of distributors to meet sales objectives;
5、Assisting with trade shows, exhibitions and seminars where the company or product is presented and provide professional presentation or product demonstrations to customers;
6、Assisting with regular business forecasting and annual budgeting;
7、Formulating strategies and recommendations for the development of OEM customers and markets;
8、Submitting regular sales reports on market trends and demands, Competition, new product applications, new business opportunities, etc
9、Act in a manner consistent with the scope and principles of all company policies, codes of conduct and core values
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
1、Bachelor degree or above in Chemical engineering or Process Control / Instrumentation or Mechanical Engineering or related fields;
2、At least 6 years of sales experience in selling process solenoid / pneumatic valves or pumps or other flow control equipments in the field of oil/gas, petrochemical, chemical or other process industries. A minimum of 2 years experience in an International company;
3、Candidates with experience in selling process control valves, or flow control equipments or instrumentation products are also encouraged to apply;
4、Good contact with major design institutes and end-users is a must.
5、Proven track record in key account and project management;
6、Has good business acumen and commercial skills. Strong ability in Administration, coordination, problem analysis and solving as well as high working efficiency.
7、Good occupational morality and devotion to job;
8、Good computer skills, MS Office proficiency required;
9、Good command of English, both oral and writing;
10、Be willing to travel around frequently.
