岗位职责(本职位工作地点在河北涿州)

Job responsibilities
1、全面控制、协调生产部门的人员管理及各项生产活动；

1, comprehensive control, coordinate production department personnel management and the production activities;
2、下达生产计划和任务，安排和控制生产作业进度；

2, make the production plan and task, arrange and control production schedule;

3、跟踪生产情况、产品需求、生产过程、产值目标等，按时完成生产目标；

3, tracking production, product demand, production process, production target, to complete the production target on time;
4、及时对生产异常做出反应，发现问题及时追踪，并提出合理建议；

4, timely response to abnormal production, identify problems in time to track, and put forward the reasonable proposal;
5、参与提高生产效率和改善产品质量的行动计划与实施；

5, participate in the improvement action plan and implementation of production efficiency and improve product quality;
6、监控规范操作方法，确保生产现场的安全和清洁；

6, monitoring the operation methods, to ensure safe and clean production site;
7、负责员工的管理、培训和培养。

7, is responsible for staff management, training and development.

任职资格
1、专科及以上学历，机械制造等相关专业；英语良好

1, college degree or above, mechanical related major; good English
2、3年以上机械制造型公司现场管理工作经验，有外企生产主管经验者优先；

2, 3 years experience in mechanical manufacturing company site management experience, production director of foreign experience is preferred;
3、精通行业产品质量规范与生产标准，熟悉产品技术特点与生产流程，熟悉制造企业生产、物流和技术内部的运营流程；

3, proficient in industry product quality specifications and production standards, familiar with the technical characteristics of products and production processes, familiar with the manufacturing of internal logistics and technology enterprise production, operation process;
4、具备很强的品质管理、流程优化、统筹组织和沟通协调能力，有很好的分析问题和解决问题的能力；

4, with a strong quality management, process optimization, organization and coordination ability, good analysis and problem solving ability;
5、有较好的领导和组织协调能力、沟通能力、执行能力等。
