Recruiting Consultant

Job Responsibilities

- Actively look for qualified candidates in line with clients’ requirements

- Conduct phone/face-to-face interviews based on structured Technical/Behavioral questionnaires

- Introduce appropriate job opportunities to candidates

- Update system with key data including candidates' career history, skills, interview comments, etc. in a timely manner

- Follow up with candidates presented to clients at key steps in the recruitment process

- Work with the Recruiting Advisor in charge of interfacing with clients to introduce appropriate job opportunities to interviewed candidates

- Prepare candidates well before interviewing with a client. Provide support and follow-up during offer negotiation, offer signing and on-boarding

- Maintain good relationships with candidates. Regularly keep candidates warm and stay abreast of key updates in their career

Job Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in any industry

- Independent, dynamic, mature, results-oriented and possesses a drive to achieve

- Possess sound business sense and good communication skills.

- Must enjoy talking to people and building solid relationships with candidates

- Passion for the recruitment industry

- Excellent spoken English is an advantage
