Automotive Retail Sales Consultant汽车销售咨询顾问(汽车4S店)
We are currently seeking several Automotive Retail Sales Consultants to join our team in Beijing. The main purpose of the position is to optimize the overall sales performance of assigned dealerships within a dealer network. This will be achieved by using extensive knowledge and skills to install best practice process and train / coach dealership staff to deliver optimum volume, financial and customer satisfaction results.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following工作职责要求:
? Advise and support the dealer management in recruiting and forming a sales team, including assessment and evaluation when required.
? 指导和支持经销商管理,包括招聘和组建销售团队(如果需要,包括人员评估和评价)。
? Install and deploy best practice processes throughout the sales function including vehicle, accessory and F&I sales that will maximize results.
? 给整个销售模块(包括汽车,附件和F&I销售)配备和部署最佳的实施过程,以期达到目标最大化。
? Transfer knowledge and skills to the sales manager and team
? 给销售团队和经理传授销售知识和技能
? To advise the dealer management on local marketing strategy and execution.
? 给经销商管理提供当地销售策略和执行的指导。
? To assist with developing or to deploy appropriate HR systems and tools including reward and bonus systems, performance management and individual reviews.
? 协助开发或部署适当的人力资源系统和工具,包括奖励和奖金制度,绩效管理和人员评价。
? To train dealership staff on all sales, ordering and administration systems as required.
? 根据要求培训经销商职员,包括所有销售环节、订单管理和管理系统
? To coach new and existing management on leadership and motivation of the dealership team.

? To install and train dealership staff on the usage of industry standard KPIs, or those as specified

? To integrate the sales and service functions and create a holistic customer care cycle (sales and service follow up model)

Requirements岗位要求:
? Knowledge in Science, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or equivalent
? 技术、管理、营销和经济学相关专业, 无明确学历要求
? English is a must (reading and written), Ability to speak English is beneficial
? 一定的英文阅读和写作能力,如果能用英文沟通交流最好
? Over 10 years working experience in Automotive Retail Business, Car sales experience (Sales and Sales Management) preferable
? 10年以上汽车零售行业工作经验,并有汽车销售经验(销售和销售管理)优先
