Parts Specialist Consultant备件咨询顾问（汽车4S店）
We are currently seeking several Aftersales Consultants to join our team in Beijing. The main purpose of the Parts Specialist Consultant is to help new and mature dealers to improve performance in the parts functions. Covering the service, warranty and parts departments the consultant will act as advisor, coach and trainer to dealership staff to help improve the overall performance of the business.
目前，我们在招募若干备件咨询顾问(汽车4S店), 并加入我们北京项目团队。备件咨询顾问这个岗位旨在帮助新成立的和已成熟的汽车经销商改善在售后备件业务方面的表现。工作范围涉及服务、保修和配件部门。咨询顾问将担当起顾问、教练和训练师的角色，辅导经销商的员工提高整个业务成绩。
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following工作职责要求:
? Standardization of all parts processes at Retail level
? 在零售层面所有零件过程的标准化
? Transparency of all logistics processes
? 所有物流流程透明化
? Increased Parts Availability (Service Level / 1st pick) at point of sale
? 在销售点增加零件的可用性（服务水平/第一选择）
? Decrease of Lost Sales
? 降低订单流失
? Adapt processes to meet the needs and requirements of internal and external customers
? 调整流程以满足内部和外部客户的需求和要求
? Help to analyse and evaluate key figures to improve relevant KPIs
? 帮助分析和评估的关键指标以完善相关的KPI考核
? Improve cross departmental communication with parts and staff motivation
? 改善关于备件的跨部门交流和员工激励
? Implement process security to ensure “long-term” continuous improvement across all Retailer Departments
? 执行安全流程以确保”在所有的零售部门的“长期”可持续改进
? Reinforce the focus from dealer management to parts operations and employees
? 加强经销商管理层对备件运作和员工的关注


Requirements:
? Knowledge in business administration
? 有一定管理知识, 无明确学历要求
? English is a must (reading and written), Ability to speak English
? 一定的英文阅读和写作能力，能用英文简单沟通交流
? Over 10 years working experience in Automotive Retail Business, with the aftersales and parts experience in 4S shop.
? 10年以上汽车零售行业工作经验，并有汽车4S店一线售后管理和备件管理经验
? Expert in knowledge of dealer aftersales / service activities
? 精通经销商售后和服务方面的专业知识
? Good communication and interpersonal skills
? 良好的沟通和人际关系能力
? Excellent team player
? 优秀的团队协作者
? High level of conflict management skills and creative problem solver
