职位描述
Day to Day Responsibilities:
* Organize operator with right skill to finish the production order issued by planner with high quality and on time delivery. 25%
* The management of workshop material, including monitor the usage of production material, wastage rate and WIP, Low value consumables. 20%
* Production problem solving or coordinate, the follow-up of corrective action. 15%.
* Workshop management to make sure all company policy , procedure , standard working instruction be followed up , including safety ,5S, discipline, etc 15%
* Lead or work with related engineer to improve quality, OEE, and productivity a. 10%
* Team work building and motivate team including operator to achieve KPI target 10%
* Other tasks signed by direct supervisor. 5%
Reporting Structure:
Immediate Supervisor: Operation Manager, Based in Wujiang, China.
Direct reports:
Technician and Line leaders( will be changed) working in shifts will directly report to the Candidate.
Education & Experience
* Junior college or above
* 3 years experience in biologic or Chemical production management.
Required Skills
* Production management skills.
* Good knowledge of Bio- chemistry production process .
* Problem Solving and Analytical skills like good knowledge of quality tools like QC 7 tools , SPC.
Desired Skills
* Functional understanding of PeopleSoft and/or SAP systems.
* With good experience in clean room molding production management.
* With good oral English skill.
Soft Skills
* Good communication skill to interact effectively with colleagues and other supporting function.
* Good skill of people motivation.
* Good read and written English skills.
* Sense of urgency and creativity to handle production issues and adapt plan to meet objectives.
* Good planning skill.
* Good data analysis skill.
* Good skill in using office.
