Day to Day Responsibilities:
* Process parameter and configuration maintenance and routine check to guarantee the accurate production execution
工艺参数及配置的日常维护及检查以确保准确的生产执行
* Process troubleshooting and corrective action development to fix problem effectively and timely
生产工艺的日常故障诊断及并制定纠正措施及时有效地解决问题
* Process capability monitoring to continuously keep production performance at high level
工艺能力的日常监控以持续保持高水平的生产
* Process and operation document regular review and update and related training to operation team
工艺和生产操作文档的定期回顾和更新以及对运营团队的相关培训
* Operation PPE, tools and consumables regular review and update
生产工具，劳防用品及耗用品的定期回顾和更新
* Support on operation compliance inspection and audit
支持生产操作符合性的定期检查和审计
* Support on product defects and quality complaints disposal and corrective actions
支持产品缺陷及质量抱怨的处理及纠正措施
* Escalate issues to proper function and level to reach resolution
将问题汇报给相关职能和级别负责人以获得解决方案
* Finish the related work assigned by supervisor
完成主管安排的相关工作



Project involved with:
* Continuously improve the process and production performance (safety, efficiency, quality, cost and etc.) through PEx
通过卓越绩效方法持续改进工艺和生产的性能水平（安全，效率，成本，质量等）
* Process development, validation and training for new product or new equipment, mainly on product packaging
针对新产品或新设备的工艺开发，验证及培训等，主要针对产品包装
* Setup and continuously improve the effective process data collection and analysis platform and report
建立和不断改进工艺数据采集和分析的平台和报告
* Required supports to any projects lead by other function team such as quality, production or IT.
支持其他业务部门的相关项目，如质量，生产，信息技术等



Reporting Structure:
Immediate Supervisor: Plant Engineering Manager



Education & Experience
* College education.
* 3+ years working experience related to product packaging development (box, case, bag, label, etc.).



Required Skills
* Familiar with product packaging materials.
* Good data analysis skill and documentation skill.
* Good knowledge on ISO certification and quality system.
* Know how to do job safety assessment




Desired Skills
* Understand lean manufacturing
* Understand 5S
