？ Main responsibilities：
- Governing the Regional Compliance Office
Assisting local management to comply with internal Compliance Standards
– Reporting regularly on compliance to the CCC via the OCC
– Adapting compliance training programs to local regulations and conditions
– Delivering and documenting compliance training
– Coordinating the follow-up of internal and external hints on possible breaches of compliance
？ Requirement:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in Law
- Lawyer qualification certificate is a must
- At least 8 years working experience as a legal counsel in multinational company or law firm, experience in
- Compliance area is highly preferred
- Good knowledge of local legislations, business law
- Excellent English both in speaking and writing
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
