Main responsibilities：
-. Making sales policies and promotion policies for water heater
–-. Developing sales networks
–-. Designing and planning products suitable for channel
–-. Negotiating directly with national key distributors and signing sales contracts
–-. Auditing the contracts signed between branch offices and customers
–-. Training sales staff about water heater knowledge
–-. Dealing with application documents of branch offices and coordinating with related departments in headquarters to resolve related matters
–-. Organizing sales meetings and customers-joining conferences
？ Requirement:
–-. Bachelor degree or above
–-. At least 8 years working experience in sales function, preferably in water heater related area
–. With 3 years leader experience or above is highly preferred
–-. Good oral and written English skills
