职位描述

Job Accountabilities / 工作职责:
-Manage the contract obligation, including scheduling and management of resources against demand
-A thorough understanding of contractual and operational service expectations and agreements
-An intimate understanding of all components of the supply chain and factors influencing the flow of raw materials and finished goods to end users
-Lead by example and equitably manage people related issues e.g. basic industrial matters
-Understand and apply the business/ account strategy to implement operational excellence and promote organic growth
-Builds and manage relationships with customer, account management and other stakeholders
-Lead drumming line production
-Ensure safety issues identified are followed up with appropriate action accordingly
-Use site walks, face to face discussion, and feedback from site meetings to reinforce standards, recognize best practice and build a safety leadership culture on site
-Ensure site safety issues, lessons and topics of interest are shared across the business and cascaded through the management team
-Ensure hazards and incidents are identified, reported and discuss constructively and in a timely manner
-Ensure new employees, visitors and contractors are effectively inducted and monitored for safe work practices
-Ensure awareness, understanding and application of HSSE training, Chain of Responsibility, Material Safety Data Sheets, and other relevant legislation/standards
-Coach, develop and mentor direct reports to:
oEnsure a 5S program is implemented and maintained, and that audit records are monitored for quality/action
oEnsure KPI & data collection requirements are kept up to date & displayed
oEnsure Performance and Tool Box meetings are conducted daily & weekly respectively
oEnsure Performance Boards are utilized to display team specific KPIs, issues and information (and for Pre-shift & Tool Box meetings)
oEnsure SOPs and Work instructions are developed and maintained
-Manage site Continuous Improvement Plans
-Ensure your site has a waste management and recycling plan
-Ensure local energy & water usage is measured, monitored and discussed at team meetings
-Encourage team members to suggest and research opportunities for improvement. Act on these suggestions, support solution development and/or raise them to regional management/HSSE committees for assistance/decision.
-Recognize individual contributions, and celebrate great improvements as a form of motivation.
-Use personal behavior to lead a value base climate that encourages teamwork, trial and error, continuous improvement, and a performance improvement culture
-Use delegation, consultation and clear expectations to assist in development and maintenance of standards, and encourages freedom to make decisions for the achievement of business objectives
-Use constructive feedback via informal and formal means to build integrity, trust and respect
-Contribute to the development & performance of the management team
-Utilize informal and formal means to develop your knowledge, skills and attributes, including training, stretch projects, job rotations, coaching/mentoring, memberships etc
-Actively seek and accept feedback from all stakeholders to recognize good performance and opportunities to improve
-Develop and achieve (in consultation with your manager) your own annual development plan
-Ensure appropriate communication plans are in place and monitored to assist in individual & team performance, continuous improvement and to achieve business objectives
-Ensure written documents (including business cases, reports, minutes, emails etc) present a sound argument, are structured appropriately and are positively representing AGILITY.
-Thoroughly understands and controls costs and value added activities to maximize profitability
-Supports and drives direct reports to ensure achievement of budget/targets
-Challenge anomalies in data and engage with both C&F & suppliers to improve business performance
-Understand the commercial impact of decision making in the contract.
-Interrogate total solution design (e.g. cost modeling, etc) to develop an intimate understanding of, and assist in successful implementation of new business
-Utilize supply chain expertise to develop and implement value added solutions within current contracts
-Support the re-tender process to assist in retention and growth of current contracts
-Utilize LEAN philosophies to continuously improve business performance for the benefit of customers, AGILITY and our employees
-Provide Subject Matter Expertise to Business Development for new business tenders
-Use appropriate interpersonal skills and methods to inspire, direct and guide individual towards goal and achievement
-Recognize and adapt own leadership style to suit the needs of the team and the situation
-Match opportunities to the development needs of other including delegation where appropriate
-Manage upward to ensure business issues are dealt with accordingly
-Use clear expectations, feedback and counseling to manage and improve performance in accordance with employee enterprise agreements
-Use personal behavior to create a performance improvement culture
-Take ownership, manage issues appropriately, drawing on subject matter experts and shared services as required
-Develop and implement individual development plan for all direct report to improve strength and overcome weaknesses and to achieve greater workplace flexibility
-Contribute to regional succession and talent management activities in order to develop and retain high potential employees and prepare for business growth
-Work packages are effectively delegated to ensure satisfactory completion of:
o site induction
o on-the-job training and assessment against SOPs, and
o cross-training matrix for all employee against work processes/tasks
-Ensure all compliance training requirements are maintained for all employees
-Conduct regular performance discussions with direct reports including feed back ,and counseling
-Engage with shift leader to promote and share learning and to allow them to take ownership of their section
-Proactive in dealing with customer requests
-Build, maintained strategic and productive working relationships with key customer stakeholders, the account management stream and AGILITY networks
-Build trusted adviser status through the consistency, reliability and integrity of all business dealings
-Manage customer expectations within the contract to ensure customer requirements are met and exceeded through feedback and regular customer meetings
-Build customer, market and industry knowledge, and shares this knowledge with customers, and down through the site management chain
-Set and agreed targets with the customer, and shares these targets with the team to ensure all areas within the contract are met with realistic and achievable timeframe
-Use a strategic understanding of the customer’s supply chain and AGILITY’s account management plan to guide decision making processes and to contribute to organic growth
-Consider solutions, and implement appropriate actions to resolve both urgent and complex issues.
-Proactively resolve operational and people issue and seeks timely management support or subject matter expert advice where required
-Break down and translate the strategic plan to a meaningful operational level
-Create effective business plan in line with company strategic direction through collaboration and communication with other stakeholders, and to focus on development of people, processes and resources to create value for both the customer and AGILITY
-Ensure appropriate Project implementation methodology are utilized for successful management of AGILITY projects
-Responsive to customer needs and short notice requirements
-Proactively addresses fear and resistance, and communicate the benefits and the need for change to assist the site and individual to improve and grow with the business
-Use a performance improvement culture, LEAN philosophies and trial and error, to find new way for getting things done
-Uses SOPs, on the-job training/assessment and cross training to build and maintain a flexible workforce.

Job Qualification and Experience / 工作经验及要求:
Undergraduate qualification or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Operations Management or relevant field
5 years above work Experience in Chemical industrial
Risk Manual training requirements for Managers
Basic LEAN and/or LEAN Change Agent
Project implementation experiences
