Position Summary
Manage the supplier quality of Casting & Machining components
location：无锡 南京
Key Responsibilities
Supplier quality continuous improvement;
Daily MRB reports of Casting & Machining parts handling, push suppliers for root cause and corrective actions;
Daily online issue of Casting & Machining parts handling, push suppliers for root cause and corrective action;
Push and help supplier improve process capability to meet drawing SPEC;
Casting & Machining parts suppliers audit, quality improvement and assessment, regular supplier performance update and review.
Person Specifications
?Bachelor degree or above with engineering major, Mechanical background will be a plus.
?3 years relevant working experience in Casting & Machining industry. Experience in quality control or new products develop will be preferred.
?Good read and written English, good at spoken English is preferred.
?Good communication, coordination skill. To be logical and flexible.
?Able to work effectively and under high pressure.
?Familiar with quality tools, such as SPC, PPAP and the methods of problem solving.
